Patenaude & Felix was formed in 1991, and has maintained offices in California and Pennsylvania since that time. We are currently litigating for creditors in both California and Pennsylvania, and in the State of Hawaii, performing collection services only. Our firm has been recognized by numerous creditors and collection organizations for our professional representation and high liquidation ratios.

With respect to our internal collection mechanism, we are currently utilizing the T.U.C.A.N.S. software by FM WARE, INC. This software has enabled us the ability to provide our clients with numerous reporting capabilities that assist our clients in determining the most profitable and efficient way of collecting on their portfolio. The software has also allowed our office to efficiently manage our internal procedures to create the best possible recoveries for our clients. Additionally, we have recently upgraded our entire computer and telephone networks in our continuing effort to remain at the top of legal collections.
